Commission us to generate artwork for your next bound or glued project. After discussing your needs, we will put a design together for you. We will perform two sets of changes which are true to the initial discussion.

You will:

• Provide us with as much information as possible to complete the task. This will include any logos, images, fonts and colour schemes for your brand. We will need text content, which should be supplied by email. If you have seen a design or layout that you like, please send us a photo as a guide. You can also sketch your idea to help us. Any images supplied must belong to you or be licensed for your use.
• You will indemnify us against any copyright or IP infringement.
• You will check proofs thoroughly for grammar and spelling.

We will:

• Create the artwork for you based on the material and information supplied. If there is little or no initial input, we will create something which we believe is suitable for your needs.
• Make amendments to our design on two occasions free of charge on the basis that it isn't a total redesign. Any additional changes will be chargeable.
• Supply digitally printed and/or PDF proofs for your appraisal.
• Release the original files to you once the project has been approved.

We will not:

• Create a logo for your business. This is a chargeable extra.
• Refund you if you are not happy with the design. This is a commission arrangement for us to generate artwork which we will duly perform.
• Upscale any images supplied within the cost. This is a chargeable extra.
• Supply premium stock images or fonts within the price. Any fonts or images that we must pay to use will be charged extra.

What kinds of products are included?

Any item that is held together, usually with staples, glue, comb or wire binding. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Booklets / programmes / brochures / newsletters / prospectus (price is per 4-page section – for a 12-page brochure, order a quantity of 3)
• Box designs
• Document folders
• Custom envelopes
• Jobs that requires a cutter guide
